At The Queer Couch, I use an integrative approach to therapy.

 

Drawing on multiple therapy models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-centred and Compassion-focused Therapy, I will adapt and work with you to help you through whatever problem you face.

As a Counsellor & Therapist, I set up The Queer Couch to provide a safe space for clients, without fear of judgement.

 

Gender and sexuality might not be the reason you are seeking therapy, but as an affirmative therapist, I can appreciate this part of your identity while we work through whatever it is that you are facing, together.
